Valley Anesthesiology Consultants (VAC)
was formed in 1983 by a group of seven physicians and has grown to nearly 200
specialty-trained, board certified anesthesiologists serving sites in over
25 facilities. VAC has long been recognized for the provision of the
highest quality of anesthesia care to the community. Numerous members
hold board certifications in Pediatrics and Internal Medicine, as well as
anesthesia subspecialty fellowship training in Critical Care and Pain
Management. Additionally, many VAC members are specialty-trained in areas
of pediatric, cardiac, and neurosurgical anesthesia.
Many VAC physicians have held various
leadership positions at the local, state and national levels. Five
members are associated with the American Board of Anesthesiology as
examiners.
Valley Pain
Specialists was
formed in 1998 to provide acute pain services to patients across central
Arizona. Now
we offer our
services throughout
the valley of the
sun with our three
locations in the West Valley and Paradise Valley.
VAC continues to grow with the needs of the community and the development of
additional hospitals and surgery centers across the valley. Quality
patient care remains at the heart of the group. VAC has a long
established quality assurance program involving regular case presentations and
ongoing educational meetings.
